In Decimal blockchain, you can create a check and deposit DEL coin or any custom token of the DecimalChain network into it. You can send this check to another Decimal user who can redeem it and receive the tokens embedded in the check. There is no fee charged by the DecimalChain network for creating and redeeming a check.
