At the age of 23, he got acquainted with the Internet and realized that he wanted to connect his life with the IT industry. He devoted all his free time to self-education, reading books, and searching for information about making money online. He actively studied crypto-economics, probability theory, game theory, and principles of web development. He gradually delved into the world of cryptocurrencies, started trading on LocalBitcoins, and earned his first small income. He tried his hand at mining.

In 2016, with the support of his friends, Berdnikov decided to seriously engage in work in the crypto industry. He founded WALLBTC, a service for buying and selling bitcoin and other popular cryptocurrencies. From a simple exchange platform, the project grew into a payment system used by 30,000 people daily.

During this period, Anatoly moved to Moscow. During business meetings, he met new people and discovered new opportunities for his company in the crypto world, specifically coins based on PoS and DPoS technologies. Anatoly created a pool based on PoS (DPoS) technologies and organized it all in a Telegram bot where users of the coins join together and increase the efficiency of cryptocurrency mining.

Thus, in March 2019, the Telegram bot Spacebot appeared for storing and mining cryptocurrency (PRIZM tokens). By the summer, Spacebot had gained wide popularity and started generating good dividends for its participants.

At the end of 2019, there was a collapse of PRIZM due to the poorly calculated blockchain economy and the collapse of the development team. Many participants, including Anatoly, lost large sums of money. Berdnikov publicly apologized to all Spacebot users who suffered losses together with him and stated that he would create his own blockchain to avoid similar situations in the future.

By this time, under his leadership, a team of more than twenty specialists had gathered. Their new project became the cryptocurrency exchange BIT.TEAM, founded in 2019 and successfully operating to this day.

In 2020, the BIT.TEAM team, led by Berdnikov, launched the Decimal blockchain with its own token and a wide range of functionality for business applications. The project's main goal is to help people who are not deeply involved in the crypto industry to discover cryptocurrencies and learn how to manage them in the online spacewith minimal risks and maximum security.

In 2021, Berdnikov opened the cryptocurrency analytical rating agency Coinmarketrate.
