A masternode is a tool that allows you to become a validator of the Decimal blockchain, participate in voting, receive delegated coins and NFTs from other Decimal users.

From a technical point of view, a masternode is a local wallet that is fully synchronized with the blockchain and stays connected to the network 24/7. Its main function is to store complete information about the blockchain, verify new transactions for compliance with the rules, and approve their inclusion in a block or reject them if they do not meet the requirements.
