On BIT.TEAM services, there are 2 types of account blocking:

1. Blocking actions (trades / inputs / outputs) within the account

This blocking system is designed to ensure that each user fulfills the terms of transactions on time and does not waste the time of another participant. Therefore, before you start making transactions, you should carefully study the principle of operation and prepare everything for the successful completion of the transaction on the established time intervals. If you don't meet the conditions, get ready to get one of the following locks:

1 cancellation per day — trading block 30 minutes

2 cancellations per day — 1 hour trading block

3 cancellations per day — trading block 24 hours

2 and further cancellations per day — −2 rating points

Loss in 1 dispute — −50 points from your rating

Loss in 2 and more disputes per day — full blocking 24 hours and −50 points from your rating

Any addition of a negative review with a negative rating results in complete permanent blocking

In rare cases, this blocking is used by the service staff to restrict actions on the account due to technical necessity or account verification.

2. Full account blocking

This blocking is applied in cases of violation of the user agreement, an example of such violations may be:

  • Suspicious trading operations
  • Lack of account verification or non-compliance of account verification with the data used on the account
  • Suspicion of fraudulent activity
  • Large number of complaints about the user from other service members

In rare cases, this blocking is used by the service staff to restrict actions on the account due to technical necessity or account verification.
