GlobalId Launches Mastercard Bank Card that will return Cashback to Ripple XRP
The news that will please the Ripple community and especially the XRP army is that globalId has launched a Mastercard debit card that will return cashback in XRP tokens.
One more crypto card launched
Bitcoin bank cards are in high demand, whether it’s a Binance card or an MCO crypto debit card, all of these credit cards offer a refund that you get for your expenses in stores, restaurants, or online.
If someone returns BTC, BNB or CRO cashback, then globalId has a good idea to launch a crypto-bank card that will pay for XRP tokens to its users.
Currently only available in the US, the company was inundated with visitors to its website after announcing the launch of this XRP crypto debit card.
The cashback in XRP tokens will be 2% of the expenses incurred with this Mastercard bank card. There is a waiting list that has been compiled to meet the demand for this new card.
The site says that early sign-ups will receive 5% XRP on their expenses:
“Become one of the first 1,000 signups to earn 5% in XRP on your first $ 10,000 spent within 3 months, and 2% after.
The next 4,000 registrations earn 3% in XRP from their first $ 10,000 spent within 3 months, and 2% after.
All other registrations always bring 2% in XRP.”
It is a pity, of course, that such an offer is still valid only in the United States, and we will have to wait for its possible launch abroad.
The original bank card, clearly should appeal to all fans and holders of XRP tokens who would like to accumulate more.
For its part, the price of Ripple XRP is still not rising due to the ongoing lawsuit against the SEC, in respect of which everyone hopes that a settlement agreement between the parties must necessarily be reached in the future, as is often the case in this type of case.
Visa and BlockFi also do not graze the rear
And in general, such a type of service as Bitcoin bank cards is rapidly developing with the advent of new players. It is worth mentioning such as the Binance Card, which allows you to spend your BTC and cryptocurrency in stores or online using a Visa card.
And BlockFi has launched a Bitcoin credit card with payment giant Visa.
A credit card that allows you to top up your card with dollars to spend in stores, online, or withdraw them from an ATM.
The special feature of this Visa credit card is that it will return 1.5% cashback in BTC for all expenses made with this card.
The cashback, which will be automatically converted to Bitcoin, will be available to the cardholder on the BlockFi account.
This is a way to democratize Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies, so each card user will receive a reward in BTC, which they can then recover to spend, convert to dollars, or save so that it increases in value over time.
If a user spends more than $ 3,000 in the first three months after receiving the card, they will be eligible for a $ 250 Bitcoin bonus.
The card issuer was Evolve Bank & Trust, a subsidiary of Evolve Bancorp Inc.
A credit card that is initially available in the US, but the company plans to release it internationally in the future.
This is the first time that the Bitcoin logo will be prominently displayed on a physical bank card.
